Design-Build
This is a method of construction in which HALO operates under a single contract to provide architectural, engineering, and construction services to the project owner.
Build-To-Suit (Lease)
Simply put, this is a method of construction in which HALO will finance and develop a property according to a tenant’s needs, with the tenant agreeing to lease the property upon completion.
General Contracting
Perhaps the most recognizable term, this method of management solely focuses on the construction phase of a project. As the GC, HALO will self-perform and/or hire out the work necessary to fulfill the project’s requirements under a single contract with the project owner.
